🎼The fourteenth edition of the Summer Camp for Chamber Music will be held this year in the authentic ambience of the Lovćen National Park at Ivanovi koriti from July 30 to August 8. The only music camp dedicated to chamber music in the region will gather 40 participants, young musicians from Montenegro and abroad. 🌿At the Tourist and Educational Center "Lovćen" in Ivanovi koriti, during the eight-day workshops, participants will have the opportunity to collaborate with an exceptional mentor team: violinist Sreten Krstić (concertmaster of the Munich Philharmonic and the Zagreb Soloists Chamber Orchestra), violinist Andrej Kurti-Đurović (Northwestern University of Louisiana), violist Sofiko Čečelashvili (Northwestern University of Louisiana), cellist Dmitry Prokofiev (Moscow Soloists, Amsterdam Piano Trio), oboist Ivana Dakić (RTS Symphony Orchestra and Wind Quintet, Faculty of Music, Belgrade) and clarinetist Veljko Klenkovski (Belgrade Philharmonic, Belgrade Wind Trio, FMU). 🎼In preparation for the Camp, 27 chamber ensembles, both standard and non-standard, have already been formed. The program includes the performance of chamber music pieces from different eras, with special attention paid to mutual communication, understanding, listening and team spirit among young musicians, who most often come to the Camp as individuals. 🗓️The final concerts of the Summer Camp will be held as part of two important cultural events: Summer in the Royal Capital, on August 7th at the Ministry of Culture and Media of Montenegro in Cetinje, and the Podgorica Cultural Summer, on August 8th at the Music Center of Montenegro in Podgorica. Both concerts start at 8 p.m. 🤝The development path of the Summer Camp has been significantly influenced by the support of partners, so this year, along with the Cultural and Information Center "Budo Tomović" as the project leader, the Camp received the support of the Ministry of Culture and Media of Montenegro, the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany, the Secretariat for Culture of the Capital, as well as the Cetinje Tourist Organization.
