Praznika muzike - Music up your summer
Description
🔊The Cultural and Information Center "Budo Tomović" traditionally joins in celebrating the Music Day - June 21st. This year, on the occasion of its jubilee - 60 years of existence, KIC will mark this significant date for the first time with a concert of young, unestablished Montenegrin authors and performers, soloists and bands, entitled 🎶"Music up your summer", which will be held in the KIC courtyard, at 9 p.m. 👉🏼In line with its decades-long commitment to being a space of openness, dialogue and support for the artistic creativity of young people, KIC "Budo Tomović" is once again giving significant space to young musicians who are exploring their creativity in the field of current music such as pop, rock, jazz, fusion, electro, hip hop, etc. This program gives young musicians, who are at the beginning of their musical journey, a chance to publicly present themselves and establish themselves in professional conditions. 🔹After a public call and received applications, 10 performers were selected to perform their original songs. The audience will have the opportunity to hear and see performances by soloists: German Makoev, MC Vanilla (Vuk Bogavac), Frankusrudan (Andrej Brnović), Polimistik, as well as bands: Nabrzaka, Sparina, Sonja Pervova Solfira, Kolektiv 0, Petrikor 1858 and Paradigma. ⭐Special guests of the program are young musical artists Anja Zagorac and Sara Jovović, who are already recording notable performances on the domestic scene. 💿Before the concert, from 4 to 8 p.m., a record exchange called "Let's Spin the Summer" will be organized. The realization of the concert was supported by the Organization for the Protection of Music Authors' Rights PAM Montenegro and the French Institute in Podgorica. 🎉KIC "Budo Tomović" has joined the celebration of the Music Festival since 2002, organizing concerts of various musical genres and guest appearances by renowned music artists from the region and France, always with the support of the French Institute. 📣Entrance is free, and all music lovers are invited to celebrate the Music Festival with us on June 21st - in the name of summer, youth, creativity and the future of the Montenegrin music scene.
