Description

🎶The Cultural and Information Center "Budo Tomović" opens its music program in 2026 with a concert as part of the "Young Talents" cycle, dedicated to the affirmation of promising young musicians. We are pleased to announce the first solo performance of soprano Zara Dobričanin, which will be held on Monday, January 26, in the Great Hall of the KIC, starting at 7 p.m. 🎹The concert program, carefully designed and stylistically diverse, includes works by Italian, German, French, Russian and South Slavic authors, providing a cross-section of different directions and expressive poetics. The program includes compositions by authors such as Alessandro Stradella, Fanny Hensel Mendelssohn, Edvard Grieg, Claude Debussy and Gaetano Donizetti, as well as prominent Russian composers Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov and Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, and authors from the region - Ivan Zajc, Stevan Hristić and Milivoj Radović. The finale of the program also included songs by Miguel Marquez, Paolo Tosti, Franz Schubert and Stanislao Gastaldon. ⭐️Zara Dobričanin (2007) is a fourth-grade student at the Secondary Art School for Music and Ballet "Vasa Pavić" in Podgorica, in the solo singing department, in the class of Olivera Perunović. During her education, she received numerous awards, including first prizes at the international competition "Lav Mirski" in Osijek and the State Competition in Tivat, won in 2025. She regularly improves her skills in master classes with renowned artists and pedagogues, building a stable and expressive vocal expression. The audience had the opportunity to meet her as a stage performer through the main role in the children's opera "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs", which was performed several times throughout Montenegro and the region during 2025. She also participated in the Operosa Montenegro Opera Festival in Herceg Novi, where she performed in the children's opera "The Magic Flute" in the role of the Second Lady, as well as in the solo concert "Operosa alumni". 🎼Zara Dobričanin's concert represents the symbolic beginning of the season dedicated to young artists and their affirmation. The "Young Talents" cycle once again confirms its role as an important space for the audience to meet new generations of successful musical performers. Admission is free. Welcome!
