🌟Operosa is proud to present an unforgettable evening of choral music on Saturday, July 5th, starting at 8:00 PM on Mamula Island. ✨Join us in the historic setting of Mamula Fortress and experience a magical atmosphere, where the natural acoustics will perfectly complement the powerful vocals of the internationally awarded KGBL Chamber Choir from Slovenia. This 36-member choir, known for its vocal excellence and diverse repertoire, will be led by the acclaimed composer and conductor Ambrož Čopi. The concert program includes contemporary compositions, many of which were composed specifically for this choir by leading Slovenian composers. 🌟Ambrož Čopi is a prominent figure in Slovenian music, known for his artistic excellence and dedication to vocal art. He has received numerous awards, including the Prešeren Award and the Gallus Medal, and has led many of the most distinguished Slovenian choirs to national and international success. As a lecturer at the Ljubljana Academy of Music, he is dedicated to educating a new generation of composers and conductors. ✨This concert also has a humanitarian character - part of the proceeds will be directed to support the Herceg Novi Music School's musical instrument fund. 🛥️For your convenience, free boat transportation is provided from Herceg Novi at 7:20 PM and from Mirište at 7:40 PM, with the return scheduled for 9:30 PM. ⛈️In case of bad weather, the concert will be held at the Herceg Novi Music School. 🌟We look forward to sharing this special evening with you.
