For seven years, the Jugoslovenka party has been filling Belgrade clubs Šlep, Štrafta and Zappa Baza, and in the last three years it has also been held in over 40 clubs across the region, as well as in a dozen European cities such as Oslo, Malmö, Frankfurt, Helsinki, Prague, Stockholm, Gothenburg... Jugoslovenka will be held for the first time in Herceg Novi, at the La Unica club on Friday, April 17. Tickets are on pre-sale for 6 euros at the La Unica cafe, while the price at the door will be 8 euros. Get them in time because tickets for Jugoslovenka usually sell out in advance. This is a party of all the big Yugoslav bands, urban music movements, a cross-section of the scene then and now in this region. Get your throat ready for singing and your feet ready for dancing, because the repertoire will include Dino Dvornik, EKV, Haustor, Denis & Denis, Idoli, Bebi Dol, Partibrejkers, Prljavo Kazalište, Oliver Mandić, Zana, Parni Valjak, Bijelo Dugme, Đavoli, Bajaga, through stars of the nineties such as E.T., Knez, Tap 011, Nina Badrić, Monteniggers, and all the way to new forces such as Nipplepeople, Buč Kesidi, SevdahBaby, Dubioza Kolektiv, Artan Lili... Behind the DJ desk is Duško Milojević a.k.a. Dulex, a man who was a resident of the best Belgrade alternative clubs such as Akademija, Povetarac, Ben Akiba, Pazi Škola, Štrafta, Pop Quart, Šlep... and a man who has been organizing concerts of the best regional bands in Božidarac for 10 years as part of the Vračar Rocks series.
