Dee Kurtzman is back! The frontman of St. Petersburg's The Dartz is coming to Montenegro again for a major solo concert. A new program awaits, "Fire, Water, and the Pipes of the Obvodny Canal." That's the title of Dee's new album, which is entirely dedicated to the musician's hometown, St. Petersburg. Its eccentricities, pipes, rain, wild love, and soggy sneakers. And, of course, in addition to brand-new songs, the Montenegrin concert program will feature all the old favorites from The Dartz and Dee's solo work—Irish, Breton, and dance.
