September 9, (tue), 20:00 – 909 DAY w/ DJ 1985 This coming Tuesday we will have a unique opportunity to touch the legendary drum machine – Roland TR–909! 909 Day is one of the holiest holidays in the calendar of any self-respecting connoisseur of electronic music. On this day, we pay our respects to the legendary drum machine that changed the course of musical history in the 80s and 90s - the Roland TR-909! Chicago House, Detroit Techno and Gabber - these three musical styles would not sound the way they do without the sounds of the 909.
