This October, the legend, the kings of avant-garde rock, the NOM group will present their dramatic and idiotic show — a signature combination of music, theater, absurdity and satire. "Idiotization of the dramatic aspects of life and dramatization of idiotic aspects" is the manifesto with which the group appeared on the Leningrad rock scene in 1989. The musicians avoided a strict definition of style, freely moving from garage rock to German electronic minimalism or comic opera. In their lyrics, NOM continues the tradition of absurdist poetry - from Kozma Prutkov to OBERIU (Kharms, Vvedensky, etc.), the last bastion of ruthless satire.
