The Western Balkans Youth Orchestra (WBYO) was founded in 2019 as a platform for the cooperation of young professional musicians from the six non-EU Western Balkan countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia. The orchestra aims to unite the youth of the region, breaking down cultural barriers and fostering peace through music.
